  1. COTR Adult Leaders are in charge. Obey & Respect Leaders at all times. We also will abide by campsite rules and respect their staff, lifeguards, other campers, etc.
  2. For rooms with one shower/bathroom, only one person using the restroom or shower at a time. There are additional bathrooms by the outside pool.
  3. Be respectful of God’s and others’ property. If you break it, we expect you to pay for it.
  4. No PDA(Public/Private Display of Affection) at any time! No coupling up tolerated, no holding hands, no kissing, boy’s and girl’s cannot be alone together at any time!
  5. Dress code: We ask that all shirts are appropriate length and midriff is covered. We ask for all camp entire be modest & comfortable. Plan for outdoor activities, hot weather, swimming, & zip-line. Modest one-piece is preferred but a coverup may be worn if a student does not have one. If modesty is an issue with your child, they will be approached in a loving way and asked to change.
  6. Abide by the camp schedule. Always be on time. Rooms will only be accessible during scheduled times.
  7. No wrestling/horse play at any time.
  8. No leaving the camp site at any time, or wandering off alone.
  9. When it’s time to go to bed, we expect you to stay in your room and go to sleep. Please no video streaming, or going live. Once we are in our room for the night, no leaving the rooms!
  10. Do not bring fireworks or weapons (includes pocket knives).
  11. At no time will a guy be allowed in the girl’s rooms or a girl permitted in a guys room.
  12. Keep your valuables with you at all times. (COTR is not responsible if anything of yours is lost or stolen.)
  13. Keep your wristband on during entire camp. Gives you access to meal’s, camp activities will be checked by Encounter Cove camp staff.
  14. Cell phones are permitted, limited use is preferred. No video streaming, movies, Netflix, Hulu, etc. or going live (Instagram/tiktok etc) is permitted.
Registration includes round trip transportation, lodging, meals, and activity costs for the duration of the weekend. Students are welcome to bring snacks or money to buy snacks and Uprising Students merchandise will be sold.
Students will be arranged in cabins according to grade ranger(jr high/sr high) and gender. There will be two leaders for every 10-16 students in each cabin.
Church on the Rock staff and dream team volunteers will be leading your student! All staff and volunteers have been background checked and all volunteers have been attending the church for at least a year! These amazing dream team have taken off work and gone through various trainings to serve and lead your student!
Students will participate in small groups, informative and encouraging breakout sessions, and incredible night services and have a chance to grow in their relationships with current friends as well as make new friends. Students will also engage in recreational activities & team competitions at Lake of Ozarks!
