Our Team
Pastor David Blunt
David & Kim Blunt are the founding & senior pastors of Church on the Rock. They started in 1983 with a vision to lead people to God in St. Peters, Missouri. Their dream has always been to help people know God, find freedom, discover their purpose and make a difference. Church on the Rock’s first meeting was held in the St. Charles Community Library in November, 1983 and 35 people attended the service that day. Pastor Blunt has an engaging teaching style, that mixes the word of God, inspiration and personal stories that challenge people from all walks of life in their personal faith and reaching the dreams God has for their life.
He is passionate about impacting the St. Louis community and around the world. Pastor Kim is a woman of faith and prayer. She is passionate about seeing women become all that God has designed them to be and she’s passionate about building a strong prayer life.
David and Kim have been married since 1973 and have two adult children: Daniel and his wife, Tamara, who have three children, and Stephen and his wife, Jessica.
Ron and Toni Roberts
Ron and Toni are the youth directors of Uprising Youth, where they and their team passionately lead the youth of Church on the Rock. Ron and Toni are passionate about seeing young people grow in their walk with God and communicating God’s Word in compelling and relevant ways. They are committed to leading our youth to a God who is for them and helping them discover His purpose for their lives. All while having fun and walking and fulfilling the purpose God has for them. Ron and Toni have four children, Vonta, Emmanuel, Ronald, and Brookie.
Briyonna Montgomery
Briyonna is the manager of Uprising Youth, Small Groups, and God is for You Classes. Currently, she is finishing her BS in Communications from Southeastern University. In his free time, she enjoys reading, writing, and spending time with her family and friends. Briyonna is married to Bryant Montgomery, who serves on our IT team and Uprising Youth. Together they have two little girls, Olyvia and Isabelle.
